An update from Phyllis-Terri:
It is with loving memories and great respect that I state here that my husband Paul passed-on of a malignant brain tumor on December 22, 2007 .
However,
life goes on. That's how things are intended to be, and as Paul expressed to me
before his demise, that is how he wanted things to be.
Paul's primary profession was as President of his company Perretz Financial Group, Inc.
I am pleased and delighted to announce that in January 2008 I took over Paul's company and continue his work, in addition to continuing my own prior career as psychotherapist. We engage in securing funding in commercial real estate and for other businesses; hard assets. And I have added some enterprises of my own as well. The psychotherapy, workshops and related is all conducted under the umbrella name of Mindworks Center for theSelf. All the other business is now conducted under the name of Phyllis- Terri Enterprises.
I have found that my profession as a Doctor of Psychology also makes me very well suited for Phyllis-Terri Enterprises. I'm greatly enjoying doing all of it well, and look forward to our working together.

To those of you who knew Paul
either through business or personally: I need not tell you of the genuine
goodness and uniqueness of my late husband, who was also very much noted for his
hilarious humor. Many
of you with whom I've since spoken - and if I failed to contact you
immediately after his passing,
please forgive me - have told me touching funny stories about things Paul said
and did during your
contacts with him. To those of you who didn't know Paul: I believe
that he would have liked to have
known you, and you, him.
Paul certainly left his mark. Out of love and respect for him, I have decided that for now I will keep the rest of this webpage, below, as it was when he was here, with a bit of deleting due to space limitations.
If I do not personally perform some of the services listed below, I can refer you to people who do so competently, so please ask in any case.
