  Welcome to my Mindworks Center for the Self Community.  I  think of this page of my website as a "Safe Haven." " A safe place to be, and to become."

 This is the space where we can communicate with each other. So, first please take a moment to join our e-mail list. In the  "Write" box, please put your name, e-mail address, and (optional) how you learned about us.  This way we can keep you up to date on our latest Events and other information.

 Here "Marma Shakti: The Secret for Creating the Life of Your Dreams" Workshop attendees can share their results and impressions.  Plans are underway for  day and one half Intensives; participants might want to write about those Events. Clients of  my Alternative Affirmative Self-Therapy (AAST) can share their life-affirming experiences. You can share your Freelife Himalayan Goji Juice and our other health and appearance product stories.  If Autism and communication is your interest, please write about that (you might want to consult the page of my website Autism/AAAC) , better yet, our autism website of its own, www.happiact.org. If you have any commentaries on my book, Saving Grace; a Spiritual Love Story, and on the sequel, Loving Grace: The Journey Continues, I and others might really enjoy reading those , so please write to me. 

  This community is about self-improvement and self-fulfillment, inner and outer ... be it your weight, your overall appearance, your relationships, your health, your finances, any challenges that you've successfully overcome, or good people and things that you've discovered. If you have any ideas for programs, lectures and workshops, we are glad to hear them. It is about sharing through expressing yourself.
